Jeff Taylor and Trish Adams started GWP construction in 2019.

Jeff is a mortgage lender for over 25 years, he understands value and his Hobby is home remodeling and designing. Trish has been a Realtor for 24 years, I am the person my clients call first with any repairs or remodeling. I have referred out many contractors over the years, with most of the jobs way over costs, way over promised and always took twice as long.

I have been helping investors, “flip houses” for years and the contractors are getting rich off all my precious people, sadly nobody was/is doing things with a good quality and still affordable.

We had been talking about starting a construction company for years, to have affordable yet quality and a timely finish.

We had the pleasure of meeting Juan Rodriguez as he came over in 2018 and worked on our house, wow, he not only is on time, clean and extremely talented, we asked if he would work for us full time someday, he laughed and said “ No I need a paycheck I can only do this on the side of my full time job. After a year of pleading and him being my go to guy for my clients, we had him working 30/40 hours a week and he had a full time job as well. He finally made the move and we opened GWP Construction “where quality and affordability meet”.

We opened this for mainly a service to our clients, however word of mouth travels fast, we as of 6/29/2020 have 5 full time employees and are booked out, with zero advertising.

Jeff and Trish are not here to get wealthy off the construction business, if it pays our people and our overhead, we are happy we can provide this for not just our clients but our community.
